High Energy training sessions centered around Fun, high quality combined with high quantiy Reps, & Skill Development!

Training structure: Word for the day, huddle to discuss 3 key areas of focus for the session, Dynamic stretching, dynamic warmup, technical skills, ball mastery, SAQ (Speed, Quickness & Agility drills, strength & conditioning, perfecting most effective favorite moves, defensive skills, friendly 2 v 2 games, cool down, discuss session, and assign specific homework.

Player development in the areas of discipline, fundamentals, technical skills, ball mastery, confidence, athleticism, Soccer IQ & much more.

Sonam is a high performing coach for kids. For my son, he always goes above and beyond to ensure that different facets of soccer are addressed, while still creating an enjoyable experience. He is very methodical and uses various techniques, tools (ladder, cones, resistance bands, and many others), videos and meticulously monitors progress through a log to see improvement in various areas. After every practice he puts in the time to discuss the session with parents and seeks feedback on ways to improve things further. He is himself a leaner and is eager to learn and implement the new ways of teaching. This way it does not get monotonous for the kids. He strikes a good balance between a disciplined teacher and an elder brother/friend, which has worked very well for my son. Sonam genuinely cares for the development of his students and goes the extra mile on every dimension of development: training, stamina, speed, resilience, mental strength, tactics. We have been very happy with the way our son has progressed with Sonam. His movement, kicks, confidence, passing and technique have improved significantly due to Sonam’s training.

How many sessions in a month?

There will be 4 training sessions per month.

How long are the classes?

Our classes are 1 hour of fun, learning and games for our younger students. For our older students it is still fun, however, more intense, skill based and challenging.

Are there any make-up classes?

Unfortunately, due to continued abuse of our once-lenient makeup class/training session policy, we can no longer offer makeup classes, other than for the classes that we cancel on our end.

If you are anticipating an extended absence from class and need us to place a pause on your membership, you may inform us via text message or email.

For truly extenuating circumstances like sickness, you may submit a request for a makeup class along with any supporting documents, but we cannot guarantee approval of your request. If there is rain or inclement weather, we will notify you and cancel classes for those days. We will also give you make-up class credits for the canceled days.
